Following a year off Swede Fest returns to Stonham Barns in Suffolk on 25th & 26th September. The truck show that, as the name suggests, is just for Swedish Scania and Volvo trucks is returning for its fifth year. This year the event returns with a record high entry of trucks which will include classic trucks, custom trucks and current working trucks all converging on the Stonham Barns Park Showground.

The show is open to public on Saturday, truck arrival day, from 09.00am until late and 09.00am to 4.00pm Sunday with admission priced at £5.00 for a weekend wristband. Along with the trucks that are expected from all around the United Kingdom and Ireland there will also be trade stands, food vendors, a children’s play and bar area on site while Saturday night will also see a disco taking place. Sunday afternoon will see trophy presentations for classes for both marques of truck.

In addition to the show visitors to Stonham Barns Park can also enjoy the shopping area on site, adventure golf, teapot pottery, own sanctuary and on Sunday morning the car boot sale. The site is disabled and wheelchair friendly, dogs are welcome on site as long as they are kept on a leash and owners clean up after them. Stonham Barns Park is situated in the Suffolk village of Stonham Aspal, postcode IP14 6AT. Accessible from junction 51 of the A14 joining the A140 and then the A1120.
